We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) / Custom Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance scalable software solutions while ensuring the reliability, performance, and availability of critical systems.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
Strong knowledge of system architecture, monitoring, and incident response
Experience with automation tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Proficiency in performance tuning and capacity planning
Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable software solutions
Improve system reliability, performance, and availability
Lead technical initiatives and support cross-functional teams
Mentor team members and drive continuous process improvements

Requirements

Must be currently based in the Philippines with valid work authorization
