NOW HIRING: HEALTHCARE BPO REPRESENTATIVE

Account: Healthcare

Industry: BPO / Customer Service

Work Setup: Onsite pasay

Shift: Night Shift

Schedule: Fixed Weekends Off

Salary: Up to ₱24,000 package

Interview: Virtual Interview

QUALIFICATIONS

Completed at least 2 years in college
At least 1 year of international voice BPO experience
Strong English communication and customer service skills
Willing to work onsite
Willing to work on a night shift
Must be comfortable handling healthcare-related customer concerns

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle inbound customer calls for a healthcare account
Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and account concerns
Provide accurate and professional information
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Follow company policies, healthcare account procedures, and quality standards
Deliver excellent customer service on every interaction
