HIRING: BILINGUAL SPANISH QA ANALYST

Location: Taguig

Work Setup: Onsite

Languages: English & Spanish

Education: 2 years college or College Graduate

Experience: At least 1 year BPO QA experience

Qualifications:

• Proficient in both English & Spanish

• Open to non-native Spanish speakers only

• At least 1 year solid QA experience in BPO

• Knowledge of QA processes, testing, defect management & quality standards

• Strong analytical, problem-solving & decision-making skills

• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive)

• Detail-oriented and knowledgeable in company policies and industry standards

• Willing to work onsite in Taguig
