JOB TITLE: HR Payroll Specialist
Location: Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3, Taguig
Work Setup: Hybrid
Shift: Morning Shift
Rest Days: Weekends Off
OVERALL PURPOSE:
We are looking for a highly experienced HR Payroll Specialist who will be primarily responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for both in-house and outsourced teams. This role will focus on maintaining employee payroll records, calculating payments, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will also provide team leadership and serve as a key escalation point for payroll-related issues.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in end-to-end Payroll Processing
-
At least 3 years in a supervisory role
-
Hands-on experience with SAP HCM or SAP HR is required
-
Strong knowledge of Global Payroll processing
-
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-
Not open to present or former employees of Accenture
-
Should not have any active or pending applications with Accenture
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Lead the payroll team by dedicating 90% of your time to supervisory responsibilities and 10% to payroll transaction processing

Act as the escalation point and backup for the Associate Manager and other team leads
-
Collaborate with peers to identify and implement process improvement initiatives
-
Conduct monthly coaching, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
-
Take end-to-end accountability for payroll processes and compliance
-
Oversee the following key payroll activities:

Disbursement of employee pay to bank accounts
-
Internal and external audit compliance
-
General ledger payroll feed generation
-
Payroll and statutory reporting
-
Vendor and government data distribution
-
Post-payrun reconciliation
-
Gross-to-net calculations
-

Ensure excellent Service Delivery, optimize team performance, and achieve financial goals

Conduct Quality Assurance reviews and guide junior team members (CL 10–12) on QA standards
