Our base is in India, Philippines, Malaysia, Kenya, Nigeria, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, and USA. We are a Direct Sourcing Partner Company of the different top BPOs offshore and onshore.

We are currently in need of an HR Recruitment Associate who can help us with our Recruitment team.

Job Type: Full-time, Probationary and onsite

Salary: Phg18K-25K per month

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 1 year or more of Sales experience

With relevant experience in Recruitment is a great advantage

Strong communication skills (verbal and non-verbal) with an outgoing personality

Customer Service and Active listening skills

Fast learner and tech-savvy

Knowledgeable in creating reports using MS Office/Google Sheet

Willing to adopt changes for better self-enhancements and always think out of the box

With dedication and an enthusiastic personality

Amenable to work onsite in Mandaluyong office

Open to be re-assigned to other departments only if needed

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carry out end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring

Creatively reach out to both active and passive candidates to meet staffing needs

Responsible for calling candidates and assisting with the recruitment process

Rerouting leads client-client to increase joiners/hires conversion rate

Maintains candidate records and documents all interactions in the applicant tracking system(GLIT)

Other tasks to be assigned in relevance to recruitment
