• Identify, assess, monitor, and report operational and systemic risks across business operations.

• Establish and monitor risk controls, policies, standards, and remedial action plans.

• Ensure consistent implementation of risk management controls across multiple lines of business.

• Monitor contractual risk requirements and operational control effectiveness.

• Investigate security incidents and support internal or Ombuds-related investigations.

• Build strong relationships with client risk teams, delivery leaders, and internal stakeholders.

• Support compliance with ISO 27001 and applicable data privacy and security standards.

• Maintain awareness of PCI-DSS, SSAE, HIPAA, and other relevant compliance requirements.

• Participate in location-level crisis management activities and communicate emerging risks.

• Provide guidance on risk management frameworks, control requirements, and business risk profiles.

• Identify process gaps and recommend practical solutions to improve operational efficiency and compliance.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational risk management priorities.

Required Qualifications

• College graduate in any discipline.

• At least 5–6 years of relevant experience as a Risk Officer within the BPO or Shared Services industry.

• Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, operational processes, and quality frameworks.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Cross-cultural awareness and the ability to work with diverse teams.

• Ability to work 100% onsite in Eton Centris, Quezon City, on a shifting schedule.

• Immediate availability is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, information security, or security incident investigations.

• Knowledge of ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SSAE, and HIPAA.

• Exposure to UK banking or financial services operations.

• Experience supporting Voice or Collections lines of business.
