*Responsibilities:*

- Handle insurance customer inquiries via voice channel

- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers

- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism

- Meet quality and performance metrics

*Qualifications:*

- At Least Senior High School Graduate

- Minimum 1 Year BPO Voice Experience Required

- Excellent English Communication Skills

- Strong Customer Service Orientation

- Willing to work Onsite in Pasay City and on a Shifting Schedule
