About the Role:
Join our Insurance Voice Team in Pasay! EXL Pasay is hiring experienced Voice CSRs for our stable MENDOTA account. Be part of a long-term, non-toxic campaign with clear career growth!
Responsibilities:
- Handle insurance customer inquiries via voice channel
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Meet quality and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School Graduate
- Minimum 1 year BPO Voice experience required
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Willing to work onsite in Pasay City and on a shifting schedule
