IT Business Analyst

WORK SETUP: Hybrid – Taguig / Cebu / Davao

WORK SCHEDULE: Flexible to work on a shifting schedule if business asks (weekends, night shift, holidays)

SALARY: ₱52,000 – ₱73,000 package

START DATE: ASAP

Role Overview

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to support IT, digital transformation, and business process improvement projects. You will work with cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and deliver insights to clients, executives, and technical audiences.


Key Responsibilities

Work on IT, digital transformation, or business process improvement projects


Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies


Engage in cross-functional and stakeholder management activities


Deliver excellent storytelling and presentations to clients, executives, and technical audiences


Support productizing AI/ML and agentic systems in healthcare operations (preferred)


Perform data analytics and reporting (preferred)


Support change management and process automation initiatives (preferred)


Required Qualifications

Graduate or Master's Degree with 5 years in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering – required


At least 2+ years in US healthcare (CPO/BPO, payer, provider, or health tech) – required


Experience working on IT, digital transformation, or business process improvement projects – required


Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies – required


Exposure to cross-functional and stakeholder management activities


Excellent storytelling and presentation skills


Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Certifications, ITIL, and Lean Six Sigma


Familiarity with productizing AI/ML and agentic systems in healthcare operations


Data analytics and reporting experience


Change management exposure


Process automation experience
