Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in Information Technology and US healthcare. The ideal candidate will support IT initiatives, digital transformation, and business process improvement projects while collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  Facilitate stakeholder discussions, requirement-gathering sessions, and project reviews.

Qualifications

• 
  
  
  
  Graduate or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  At least 5 years of experience in IT or Computer Science-related roles.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Minimum 2 years of US healthcare experience in CPO/BPO, payer, provider, or health technology environments.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Experience in IT projects, digital transformation, or business process improvement.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Ability to engage clients, executives, and technical teams effectively.

  Willingness to work on a hybrid setup in Taguig, Cebu, or Davao and accommodate shifting schedules.
  
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications
