Japanese Bilingual Customer Support Specialist | Voice Account | Eastwood, Quezon City
We are hiring Japanese Bilingual Customer Support Specialists to support a global Advertising Search Engine account. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with Japanese language proficiency who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in an international BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in Japanese and English.
Deliver excellent customer support through voice channels.
Resolve customer inquiries professionally while meeting quality and productivity targets.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Document customer interactions using internal systems.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
Maintain compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Required Qualifications
Native and Non-Native Japanese speakers are welcome.
Senior High School Graduate or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum).
Minimum 6 months of Japanese Voice Account or Business-Level Japanese Voice experience.
CEFR B1 English proficiency.
Aspiring Minds (AMCAT) pass is preferred.
JLPT N1 or JLPT N2 is preferred for non-native speakers.
Candidates with over 1 year of Japanese Voice experience may be considered even without JLPT certification.
Native Japanese speakers may apply without prior work experience.
