Job Title : Lead Generation Specialist / Business Development Associate.
Responsibilities:
• Applying modern digital methods to identify and connect with high-potential clients through LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Targeted emails
• Generating leads from marketing campaigns for sales opportunities and Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails.
• Qualifying leads from multiple channels and briefly introduce our services and understand client’s key pain points.
• Nurture leads to increase lead conversion success and maintain the hygiene to grow the pipeline.
• Arrange the first Discovery Call with client and allocate to the sales team.
• Collaboratively work with the Sales Team to develop lead-generation strategies to define focus areas and improve overall sales funnel.
Qualification:
• Graduate of any business-related course preferably Marketing.
• 2+ years in a Lead Generation or similar role
• Experience in selling HRMS/HRIS, Payroll & Managed Services is a Plus.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications & CRM.
