*About the Role:*

EXL Cebu is hiring for our Life Insurance Voice Account! If you have at least 1 year of BPO voice experience, this is your chance to join a global company and earn up to PHP 23,000 package.

*Job Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for Life Insurance account

- Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies and customer inquiries

- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality service delivery

- Adhere to company policies and insurance compliance standards

*Qualifications:*

- Senior High School Graduate or at least 2nd Year College Undergraduate

- Minimum 1 year BPO Voice experience required

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

- Can start ASAP
