Customer Service Rep - Healthcare Account - Optum Cebu City

Company: Optum (UnitedHealth Group) - Global Healthcare Leader

Location: Cebu City - Onsite

Account: Specialty Pharmacy (Healthcare)

Shift: Night Shift / Shifting - No Fixed Weekends Off

Salary: Up to PHP 20,000 + PHP 3,600 Allowances = Up to PHP 23,600 Package

Setup: Onsite - Full-Time

Tenure Cap: Max 36 months

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries for Specialty Pharmacy account

- Provide excellent customer service and healthcare support

- Assist customers with pharmacy-related concerns

- Ensure high-quality service and patient satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Grad - with or without BPO exp

- College level / undergrad with 6 months to 1 year BPO exp REQUIRED

- HS Grad with 2 years BPO exp REQUIRED

- Flexible with shifting (Most likely Night Shift)

- No fixed weekends off

- Willing to work Onsite in Cebu

- Max 36 months tenure

Salary Breakdown:

- 0-6 months: PHP 17K + 3.6K = 20.6K Package

- 7-12 months: PHP 18K + 3.6K = 21.6K Package

- 13-18 months: PHP 19K + 3.6K = 22.6K Package

- 19-36 months: PHP 20K + 3.6K = 23.6K Package
