Job Title: Manager & Senior Manager Transitions

Location: Mall of Asia (MOA)

Salary:

Manager: PHP 120,000

Senior Manager: PHP 170,000

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end transitions for contact center set-up, ensuring smooth and successful implementation of new projects.

Oversee all aspects of transition projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of timelines and deliverables.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.

Develop transition strategies and timelines to meet project goals and deadlines.

Manage resources and allocate tasks to team members to ensure efficient project execution.

Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks and issues as they arise.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, processes, and best practices throughout the transition process.

Provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders and senior management.

Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

College graduate or post-graduate degree in a relevant field.

10+ years of experience in the BPO industry, with at least 3 years of experience in end-to-end transitions for contact center set-up.

Proven program management experience, preferably with small to medium-sized engagements.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Flexibility to work at the Mall of Asia (MOA) location.
