Job Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator
Location: Hybrid, Taguig (2 days/week onsite)
Work Schedule: 3 pm - 12 mn
Salary: Up to Php 110,000 (Salary will depend on experience)
Experience: 5+ years
Position Description:
CGI is in search of a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Salesforce Solutions practice, playing a pivotal role in delivering exceptional implementation, customization, configuration, and training services to CGI’s Salesforce customer base. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our clients, utilizing Cloud technology to provide them with a competitive advantage and business value.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions with clients, analyze and review business functional and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, either on-site or remotely, to comprehend their business processes and strategies as they relate to Salesforce.com.
- Research, evaluate, and implement existing applications and/or customized solutions for internal or client-facing projects.
- Design, configure, and deploy Salesforce to customers, customizing modules to meet specific business needs independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Deliver Salesforce Administration solutions to clients reliably, with minimal oversight.
- Generate estimates at a component level.
- Discover, document, and analyze key processes.
- Build reports and dashboards, as needed, to assess project success.
- Provide training on new customizations or implementations to customers.
- Work on concurrent projects at various stages in their life cycle.
- Participate in data conversions during the project life cycle.
- Effectively manage customer expectations and communicate project status updates to various stakeholders, including internal CGI management and external customers at varying management levels.
- Conduct training sessions for junior teammates.
- Engage in knowledge-sharing activities.
Required Qualifications to be Successful in This Role:
- 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce clouds, specifically Sales and Experience Cloud.
- Technical proficiency, including configuration and customization knowledge, integration proficiency, Apex/Visualforce proficiency, LWCs, Flows, role and field-based security, and deployment best practices.
- Business support skills, including creative problem-solving, documentation, and requirement gathering.
- Project support and leadership skills, demonstrating proficiency in planning, understanding the project life cycle, and the ability to take leadership roles while effectively communicating with the project team and clients.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Effective English communication skills with confidence in direct interactions with onshore teams.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Must be amenable to working onsite two days a week in McKinley, Taguig.
