Manager/Sr Manager Sales (BPO Services)Qualification:MBA/PGDBM/BBM with specialization in Sales/Marketing.4-5 years of relevant experience for Managers, 5-8 years for Sr. Managers in selling BPM services in specified industries in Manila, Philippines.Location: ManilaSalary Range: 80k to 125k PHPRole Purpose:Develop and manage relationships with corporates across specified industries.Drive business development activities to establish the company as a leader in BPM space in Manila.Shape strategies to build mind share and use of company product portfolios among potential clients.Key Skills:Identify target accounts and drive business development activities.Maintain and establish new business potential in existing accounts.Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influencer circles within client organizations.Strategic thinking and analytical skills.Ownership, drive, and proven track record of results.Roles and Responsibilities:Contribute to driving overall market and business development strategy.Execute strategic business development plan with internal stakeholders.Handle high volume of engagements in a fast-paced environment.Experience in account management and solution selling preferred, with knowledge of specified industries.Note: Experience with HRMS/HRIS/ERP/Bank’s with Payroll sales/HMO/Corporate Gifting preferred.To apply, send your application to daniel.mwai@gratitudeindia.com.
