The postion is responsible for ensuring extraordinary service by promptly and accurately responding to phone calls from existing customers making it easy for them to do business with us.
The incumbents of this postion add incremental value on each and every interaction with the state outcome of the exceptional feedback from our customer and increase customer loyalty
They will also be responsiblefor evaluating and analyzing customer account information and recommending tailored solutions to the customer that add value to their business.
