Multilingual - Mandarin 

Location: Quezon City - Onsite

Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift

Salary: PHP 40,000 - 119,027.33 + PHP 20,000 Sign-on Bonus + Incentives

About the Role:

We are hiring 20 fluent Mandarin speakers to provide bilingual customer support in English and Mandarin via phone, chat, and email. This is a high-paying opportunity for candidates who can speak Mandarin fluently and spontaneously.

Who Can Apply:

- With or without BPO experience

- Fluent in Mandarin: able to use language effectively in professional setting and understand complex conversations

- Working knowledge in English (training and systems are in English)

- Filipino or Non-Filipino with valid working VISA, Temporary Resident Visa accepted

- Collections and Order-to-Cash experience is a plus but not required

- Eligible to work in PH and can start ASAP

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound interactions professionally in English and Mandarin

- Assist with account inquiries, service requests, billing, and product information

- Resolve customer concerns and deliver positive customer experience

- Document interactions accurately and meet quality, productivity, and CSAT goals
