WE’RE HIRING: MANDARIN-SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES!

Location: Quezon City (Onsite)
Salary: ₱40,000–₱119,027.33
Sign-on Bonus: ₱20,000 + Incentives
Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift
Openings: 20
Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications

Fluent and spontaneous in spoken Mandarin
Working knowledge of English
Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is an advantage
Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines with a valid work visa (Temporary Resident Visa accepted for non-Filipino applicants)
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City and on shifting schedules
Available to start ASAP

Responsibilities

Assist customers in Mandarin and English via calls, chat, and email
Handle account inquiries, billing concerns, and service requests
Resolve customer issues and maintain accurate documentation
Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets
