We are currently looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our growing Healthcare BPO team as a Medical Billing Specialist for our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Account. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in medical billing, healthcare support, or customer service who are looking to build a long-term career in the healthcare outsourcing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process medical billing transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle patient billing inquiries, payment concerns, and insurance-related issues.
Review accounts to ensure proper claim submission and payment posting.
Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients regarding billing discrepancies.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy standards.
Provide professional customer support while resolving billing concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

At least 1–2 years of experience in medical billing, healthcare RCM, or customer support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to explain complex billing processes in a clear and professional manner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules if required.
