About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Monitoring, Observability & Event Management Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise monitoring and observability solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, Azure Monitoring, AIOps, DevOps, and enterprise infrastructure monitoring.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable monitoring solutions, drive automation initiatives, and improve application and infrastructure performance across cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise monitoring, observability, and event management solutions.
Lead ServiceNow ITOM Event Management and AIOps implementations.
Develop monitoring standards aligned with enterprise architecture.
Design monitoring solutions across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments.
Configure and optimize Azure Monitor, AppDynamics, Grafana, ThousandEyes, and related platforms.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver cost-effective monitoring solutions.
Drive automation, innovation, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
Plan and support software upgrades and monitoring enhancements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Monitoring, Observability, or related technical roles.
At least 3 years in an IT Architecture role.
Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITOM, Event Management, and AIOps.
Strong expertise in Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, KQL, Telemetry, APM, Ansible, and PowerShell.
Experience with Azure services, DevOps, API Integration, and automation.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, C#, and SQL.
Strong understanding of WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, PKI, and ITSM processes.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
