HIRING: MULTILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE – KHMER

Location: Quezon City
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift
Salary: ₱60,946 – ₱113,346/month (Negotiable)
Sign-on Bonus: ₱20,000 + Incentives
Openings: 4
Availability: ASAP
Target Start Date: September 2026

Qualifications

Fluent in Khmer and able to communicate spontaneously and professionally
Good working knowledge of English
BPO experience is NOT required
Collections experience is highly preferred but not required
Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) is an advantage
Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines
Valid working visa required for non-Filipino applicants
Temporary Resident Visa holders may also be considered
Willing to work 100% onsite in Quezon City on a shifting/night-shift schedule

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, email, and other channels
Provide customer support in Khmer and English
Assist with account, billing, service, and product-related concerns
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
Accurately document customer interactions
Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets
Build customer trust through excellent service and problem-solving
