Job Description
HIRING: MULTILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE – KHMER
Location: Quezon City
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift
Salary: ₱60,946 – ₱113,346/month (Negotiable)
Sign-on Bonus: ₱20,000 + Incentives
Openings: 4
Availability: ASAP
Target Start Date: September 2026
Qualifications
- Fluent in Khmer and able to communicate spontaneously and professionally
- Good working knowledge of English
- BPO experience is NOT required
- Collections experience is highly preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) is an advantage
- Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines
- Valid working visa required for non-Filipino applicants
- Temporary Resident Visa holders may also be considered
- Willing to work 100% onsite in Quezon City on a shifting/night-shift schedule
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, email, and other channels
- Provide customer support in Khmer and English
- Assist with account, billing, service, and product-related concerns
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets
- Build customer trust through excellent service and problem-solving
