Are you experienced in Healthcare Quality Assurance and ready to join a fast-paced BPO team? We are looking for detail-oriented candidates who can monitor customer interactions, identify areas for improvement and help teams deliver better service.

What You Will Do

Review inbound and outbound calls, emails and chat interactions
Check if customer interactions meet quality and compliance standards
Record quality issues, scores and performance results accurately
Provide clear feedback to agents and support coaching sessions
Identify performance trends and recommend practical improvements
Share best practices and help improve daily processes
Support and guide junior team members when required

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience as a Healthcare Quality Assurance Analyst
Previous experience in a healthcare account or healthcare-related field
BPO or contact centre experience is preferred
College graduates are preferred
Undergraduates with relevant experience may also apply
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Able to review performance data and identify areas for improvement
Can work independently and follow established procedures
Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City
Willing to work a night-shift schedule
Available to start on July 13, 2026
