Job Description
HIRING: MULTILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE – VIETNAMESE
Location: Quezon City
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift
Salary: ₱39,112.60 – ₱80,159.33/month
Sign-on Bonus: ₱20,000 + Incentives
Openings: 4
Start Date: ASAP | Target Start: September 2026
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent and spontaneous in Vietnamese
- Good working knowledge of English
- BPO experience is NOT required
- Previous Collections experience is highly preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) is an advantage
- Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines
- Valid working visa required for non-Filipino applicants
- Temporary Resident Visa holders may also be considered
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting/night-shift schedule
Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, email, and other channels
- Provide customer support in Vietnamese and English
- Assist with account, billing, service, and product-related concerns
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets
- Build positive customer relationships through excellent service
