Location: Quezon City, Philippines

Work Setup: 100% Onsite

Work Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift

What You'll Do

- Provide professional customer support via phone, chat, email, and other communication channels.

- Assist customers in Vietnamese and English with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, product information, and general support.

- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers from diverse backgrounds.

- Accurately document customer interactions using company systems and tools.

- Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.

- Build customer trust through excellent service and effective problem-solving.

- Support additional operational tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For

- Fluent in Vietnamese (spoken and written).

- Working knowledge of English is required, as training and internal systems are conducted in English.

- Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.

- Previous experience in Collections is an advantage but not required.

- Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is a plus but not mandatory.

- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

- Must possess a valid Philippine working visa.

- Willing to work 100% onsite in Quezon City on a shifting/night shift schedule.
