Qualifications:
• High School Graduate
• Minimum of 1 year BFSI experience (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or related industry)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and analytical skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
Primary Responsibilities:
• Handle banking-related customer concerns and inquiries professionally
• Provide accurate account information and service support
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
• Ensure compliance with company and account processes
