HEALTHCARE ACCOUNT – Provide professional support to customers regarding healthcare-related inquiries.
TRAVEL ACCOUNT – Assist customers with bookings, reservations, travel concerns & inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
With or without BPO experience
Good communication skills
Willing to work onsite & shifting schedules
High school/SHS graduates, college undergrads & graduates are welcome
