Are you an experienced OT Security professional with hands-on experience securing industrial control systems and operational environments? We’re looking for skilled professionals to join a security managed services team and help protect critical OT environments.

Work Setup: Hybrid – Cubao, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Shifting

Job Summary

The OT Security Specialist / Team Lead will support and deliver security managed services across client environments, ensuring operational technology environments remain secure, compliant, and resilient.

The role will involve working with cross-functional teams, supporting key security decisions, resolving complex security challenges, and driving continuous improvement across OT security operations.

Key Responsibilities

Act as an OT Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead team execution to meet security objectives.
Support team decision-making and contribute to strategic and operational security planning.
Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on key OT security initiatives.
Develop and implement solutions to address security challenges across OT environments.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align security strategies and operational objectives.
Mentor and guide team members to improve technical capabilities and performance.
Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.

Required Skills & Experience

3–5+ years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security
Strong understanding of OT security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements
Hands-on experience securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and OT environments
Proven experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks within OT infrastructure
Familiarity with OT security monitoring tools and incident response processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Experience in a security operations or managed services environment is an advantage
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Amenable to a hybrid work setup in Cubao
