We’re looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor with a strong BPO/Telco background to lead teams, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced telecommunications environment.
What You’ll Bring
BPO and Telco experience
At least 6 months of leadership/supervisory experience
Strong people-management and coaching skills
Ability to drive team performance and operational results
Comfortable working onsite in Makati on a graveyard shift
