Hiring: Monitoring, Observability & Event Management Architect

Location: Quezon City (Hybrid)
Shift: Night Shift
Salary: PHP 100,000–108,000
Start Date: ASAP

Are you an experienced Monitoring & Observability Architect with expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, Azure Monitor, AIOps, and DevOps? Join our team to design and deliver enterprise-scale monitoring, observability, and event management solutions that drive reliability, automation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise Monitoring, Observability, and Event Management solutions.
Architect and integrate ServiceNow ITOM Event Management and AIOps.
Develop monitoring solutions across Azure, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments.
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement scalable monitoring and automation strategies.
Drive observability standards, automation, and continuous improvement.
Support technologies including Azure Monitor, Grafana, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, Prometheus, and related platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT Monitoring, Observability, SRE, or related technical roles.
3+ years in an IT Architecture role with strong expertise in Application Performance Management (APM).
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM, Event Management, and AIOps implementation.
Strong knowledge of Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, KQL, Telemetry, Automation, Ansible, and PowerShell.
Experience with DevOps, API integrations, and scripting using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, C#, or SQL.
Solid understanding of network fundamentals, ITSM, and enterprise monitoring best practices.
