Location: TP MOA - Onsite, Graveyard Shift
Salary: 45,000 - 65,000 Package
Openings: 2 Slots
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead our Outbound Sales team for a Travel account. You will manage Team Leads and agents, drive sales performance, handle objection handling and conversion strategies, and implement action plans to improve day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:
Must have 5 to 8 years of BPO Sales experience
With at least 2 to 3 years of experience managing leaders (Sr. TL / Assistant Manager level)
Expert in Outbound Sales, coaching, and driving sales metrics
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Energetic and engaging personality - this is required by the client
Preferably with background in Travel and Hospitality (cruise lines / hotels)
Willing to work onsite in MOA, GY shift
Can start ASAP
