Job Summary

We are looking for a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer with hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) to configure, support, and maintain packaged and SaaS applications.

The role involves adapting application features, managing releases, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability and performance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of application integration, APIs, web services, and cloud-based application deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support packaged/SaaS applications based on business requirements.
Work independently and develop into a subject matter expert (SME).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot integration/application issues.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for application configurations and processes.
Utilize APIs, web services, standard integration tools, and low-code platforms.
Support application releases and ensure system compatibility and stability.
Provide technical solutions to work-related issues.
Participate actively in team discussions and technical initiatives.
Provide training and support to end users.
Stay updated with industry trends and integration best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
Expert proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
Strong understanding of application integration methodologies and best practices.
Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management.
Good knowledge of APIs and web services.
Familiarity with low-code development platforms.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Work Eligibility

Only candidates currently residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to live and work in the Philippines are eligible.
Candidates must be amenable to an onsite setup with a shifting schedule in Manila.
