Job Title: PHRN / USRN Medical Coder

Key Responsibilities

As a Medical Coder, you will:

Review and analyze medical records for accurate coding.
Assign diagnosis and procedure codes using ICD, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Maintain coding quality and productivity standards.
Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to resolve documentation issues.
Support accurate reimbursement through proper coding practices.

Qualifications

To qualify, you must have:

Active PHRN (Philippine Registered Nurse) or USRN license.
Active PRC License (for PHRN applicants).
Active CPC (Certified Professional Coder) certification.
Minimum 2–3 years of medical coding experience.
Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
At least 3 years of hospital or clinical bedside experience.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule from home.

Applicants must also meet the following:

Can start on or before August 24.
Must have a reliable internet connection suitable for remote work.
