Job Description :

We are looking for customer-focused Production Agents with experience in US or UK banking and telephony processes. The ideal candidate should have a background in financial services, strong problem-solving abilities, and confident communication skills to assist international customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle customer interactions related to banking and financial services.

• Provide support for banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or similar financial processes.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with international customers.

• Investigate customer concerns and resolve issues using established procedures.

• Follow process guidelines and maintain service quality standards.

• Ensure accurate handling of customer information and transaction-related queries.

Qualifications :

• Education: At least High School under the old curriculum, Senior High School, completion of the second year of college, or a college degree.

• Experience in banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or similar financial accounts.

• Good problem-solving skills and assertive communication.

• Understanding of customer service processes and comfort dealing with international customers.
