Role Overview

This role leads a team within a UK Financial Collections account, overseeing day-to-day collections operations, team performance, and adherence to banking regulations and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team handling UK/US/AU banking collections
  
• Apply sound knowledge of the banking domain, including process and bucket flows
  
• Monitor collections data and reporting
  
• Ensure understanding and application of banking terminologies, guidelines, and laws
  

Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• Bachelor's Degree
  
• Minimum 2 years' experience in collections operations and team handling
  
• Exposure to UK/US/AU banking/collections
  
• Strong oral and written communication and listening skills
  
• Stable work history (not a job hopper)
