Job Title: Production Agent
Location: Eton, Quezon City, Philippines
Work Mode: 100% On-site
Process: SAP Registration followed by Walk-in Interview
Job Summary:
We are hiring Production Agents with experience in US or UK banking and telephony processes. Candidates should have relevant financial account experience, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication skills to handle international customers.
Key Qualifications:
At least 1–2 years of experience in US or UK banking and telephony.
Experience in banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or similar financial services processes.
Educational qualification: Old curriculum high school graduate, senior high school graduate, at least 2nd-year college completed, or college graduate.
Strong problem-solving and assertive communication skills.
Good understanding of customer service and experience handling international customers.
Willingness to work 100% on-site in Eton, Quezon City.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary increase of up to 20% over the last drawn salary, depending on experience.
Additional allowance of PHP 2,400.
Joining bonus of PHP 40,000, subject to applicable eligibility terms.
Important: Candidates expecting a salary above PHP 50,000 are not eligible for this opportunity.
Hiring Process: SAP Registration → Walk-in Interview.
