Location: Eton, Quezon City, Philippines
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Salary: Up to 20% increase from last drawn salary + ₱2,400 allowance, depending on experience

About the Role

We are hiring Production Agents to support an international financial services account. The ideal candidate will have experience in US or UK banking and telephony, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle financial transactions and customer concerns professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions related to banking and financial services.

• Support banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or similar financial processes.

• Resolve customer concerns using effective problem-solving skills.

• Communicate clearly and assertively with international customers.

• Follow established procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Education: At least High School Graduate under the old curriculum, Senior High School Graduate, or completion of at least 2 years of college; college graduates are also welcome.

• Experience: 1–2 years of US or UK banking and telephony experience.

• Experience in banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or similar financial services accounts is required.

• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Strong verbal communication and customer service abilities.

• Comfortable handling international customer interactions.

• Willing to work 100% onsite in Eton, Quezon City.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary increase of up to 20% from the last drawn salary, depending on experience.

• Additional allowance of ₱2,400.

• ₱40,000 joining bonus, subject to applicable eligibility and hiring terms.

• Salary expectation above ₱50,000 will not be accepted.
