Job Overview

We are hiring Production Agents with experience in US or UK banking and telephony processes. The ideal candidate should have a background in financial services, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle international customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  Handle customer inquiries related to banking and financial services.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Assist with banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or similar financial processes.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Communicate effectively with US/UK customers through telephony channels.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Identify customer concerns, analyze issues, and provide appropriate resolutions.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Maintain service quality, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience.
  
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  
  
  
  Education: High school graduate under the old curriculum, Senior High School graduate, at least a second-year college undergraduate, or college graduate.

  1–2 years of experience in US/UK banking and telephony.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Experience in banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or related financial services.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Good verbal communication skills with a confident and assertive approach.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Understanding of customer service and willingness to handle international customers.

  Willingness to work 100% on-site in Eton, Quezon City.
