Python Programmer/ Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Programmer/ Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will help deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable backend systems while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires ownership, attention to detail, clear communication, and a practical approach to solving real business problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services, APIs, and database-driven features.
• Build secure, scalable, and reliable application logic that supports business workflows.
• Optimize database queries, caching, queues, integrations, and application performance.
• Write clean, maintainable code with proper validation, error handling, logging, and documentation.
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, product, and business teams to deliver stable releases.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve reliability, observability, and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Skills

• Strong backend development skills, database design, API architecture, security, testing, and performance optimization.
• Experience with relational databases, REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and server-side frameworks.
• Ability to write clean, modular, secure, and maintainable backend code.
• Good understanding of debugging, logging, version control, and deployment workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices, cloud infrastructure, queues, caching, CI/CD, and observability tools.
• Knowledge of Docker, Redis, Elasticsearch, message brokers, or serverless architecture.
• Experience handling high-traffic systems, third-party integrations, and production support.
