Python Programmer / Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Python Programmer/Developer with strong hands-on programming skills and experience in data extraction, data consolidation, and data cleansing. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, familiar with Tableau, and capable of developing efficient solutions for data processing and analysis. Banking and financial risk management knowledge is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Python programs for data extraction, consolidation, transformation, and cleansing.

• Process and organize data from multiple sources to support reporting and analytical requirements.

• Implement data validation and quality checks to improve data accuracy and consistency.

• Troubleshoot programming issues and identify efficient solutions to technical challenges.

• Support data visualization and reporting requirements using Tableau.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable solutions.

• Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to improve data processing workflows.

• Follow established development standards and maintain clear technical documentation.

Required Technical Skills

• Python: Strong hands-on programming experience.

• Tableau: Practical experience with data visualization and reporting.

• Data extraction, consolidation, cleansing, and processing.

• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, particularly in Python development.

• Experience working with the required technology stack, with Python as the primary skill and Tableau as the secondary skill.

• Knowledge of banking and financial risk management is preferred.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and solve complex problems.

• Strong attention to detail and a focus on efficient, reliable solutions.

• Willingness to work onsite daily in Taguig.

• Immediate availability is preferred.

Work Arrangement

• Work location: Taguig, Philippines.

• Work setup: 100% onsite.

• Working hours: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM.

• Preferred start: Immediately.
