Job Title: Quality Control Analyst - US Healthcare Account [ALLIED]*

Work Setup:* On-site

*Job Description*

We are looking for a *Quality Control Analyst* for our *US Healthcare Account - ALLIED*.

You will be supporting US members with *Pre-Authorization, Benefits & Eligibility, and Claims* inquiries.

*Qualifications*

- *Education:* College Graduate OR Associate Graduate [Any 4-year/2-year course]

- *Experience:* Minimum *2 years Call Center/BPO experience* handling US Healthcare accounts

- *Must have handled:* Pre-Auth, Benefits & Eligibility, and Claims for members

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

- Amenable to work on *night shift* and shifting schedules

*Compensation & Benefits*

- *Basic Pay:* 23,000 PHP

- *Allowance:* 1,000 PHP Flex Fund [upon hire]

- *Night Differential:* 20%

- *HMO:* Coverage on Day 1

- *Performance Incentives*

- *14th Month Pay*

- *Rice Allowance:* 300 PHP/month [upon regularization]

- *Bonuses:* Show Up Bonus + Referral Bonus
