Qualifications:
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
No call center experience required
Excellent communication skills
At least 18 years old
Filipino citizen or holder of relevant work status
Preferably a college graduate (any course)
Willing to start immediately
Job Responsibilities:
. Assist customers by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.
. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
. Maintain high-quality customer service while meeting performance standards.
. Handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
. Accurately document customer transactions and concerns.
. Perform other customer support tasks as assigned.
