*ACCOUNT 1: Retail - Project Wave*
*Qualifications:*
- HS / SHS Graduate, College Undergrad (completed 2 years / 4 semesters with no back subjects), or College Graduate
- With or Without BPO experience accepted
- Must have Excellent Communication Skills (C1 Level)
*ACCOUNT 2: Airlines - Project Juggernaut*
*Qualifications:*
- Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subjects) for Old Curriculum OR College Graduate
- With at least 6 months solid BPO experience (recent)
- C1 Level - Excellent verbal communication skills, close to Standard American English
