Job Description  : 

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Accounting Manager with strong expertise in ASC 606, US GAAP, and complex revenue recognition. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end revenue accounting operations, including contract review, revenue recognition, month-end and quarter-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and audit support. This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a focus on financial accuracy, compliance, process improvement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead month-end and quarter-end revenue close activities, including journal entries, revenue transactions, write-offs, loss reserves, allowances, and related estimates.

2. Provide technical guidance on US GAAP, ASC 606, revenue recognition policies, contract terms, and complex revenue arrangements.

3. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports, including variance analysis, financial insights, projections, and management reporting.

4. Oversee account reconciliations, including accounts receivable and allowance for doubtful accounts, and coordinate internal and external audit requirements.

5. Lead and develop the team while driving process improvements, automation, internal controls, SOX compliance, KPI performance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills :

1. Strong technical knowledge of revenue accounting, revenue recognition, ASC 606, and US GAAP.

2. Experience managing month-end and quarter-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and audit support.

3. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, including team performance management, coaching, and continuous improvement.

4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and financial reporting skills.

5. Knowledge of internal controls, SOX compliance, service delivery metrics, and process governance.
