Are you a SailPoint specialist with strong enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) experience? We’re looking for an experienced professional to lead identity security initiatives, drive technical excellence, and support enterprise-scale SailPoint implementations.

Job Title: SailPoint Engineer – Associate Manager
Location: Cubao, Quezon City
Work Setup: Hybrid
Work Schedule: Shifting

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and enhance SailPoint-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
Lead and mentor IAM/SailPoint professionals and provide technical guidance.
Drive identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning, deprovisioning, and role management.
Collaborate with security teams, architects, and business stakeholders on identity security initiatives.
Configure, customize, troubleshoot, and optimise SailPoint solutions.
Support access certification, access reviews, and identity governance processes.
Assess identity-related risks and recommend security improvements.
Support the resolution of identity and access-related security incidents.
Develop documentation, standards, procedures, and best practices.
Contribute to large-scale SailPoint implementations, integrations, enhancements, and transformation projects.

Non-Negotiable / Key Requirements

5+ years of strong, hands-on SailPoint experience in enterprise environments.
Strong experience with:
- SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Access Certification & Access Reviews
- Provisioning & Deprovisioning
- Role & Entitlement Management
- Identity Lifecycle Management
Experience with large-scale SailPoint implementations, enhancements, integrations, or transformation projects.
Strong understanding of identity governance, security controls, compliance requirements, risk management, and security frameworks.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable SailPoint and identity governance solutions.
Experience leading teams and/or mentoring IAM professionals is highly preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid setup in Cubao
Must be amenable to shifting schedules
