Account: Outbound Sales & Collections
Site: BGC Taguig
Experience Target: Minimum 3 months BPO experience (SALES or UPSELLING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED)
Education: High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum).
Communication: B2 English proficiency + 25 WPM Typing Speed.
Red Flags: Job hoppers (e.g., 2-3 companies in 1 year).
Compensation & Perks:
Monthly Package: ₱20,000 Basic Pay + ₱1,500 Rice Allowance.
Incentives: ₱15,000 – ₱30,000 average monthly commission (Paid out bi-monthly).
Perks: Free SiriusXM Radio Access.
