Positions :- Business Dev Sales Representative

Shift :- Day/Mid

Basic :- 25k - 35k

Work from Office

Manager Prod for Paper Screening (If passed) candidates will endorse for Initial Interview via GoogleMeet

If the candidate passed the Initial Interview in some cases we do the Final Interview /Job offer on site.

JOB DESCRIPTION

・Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other

forms of communication

・Research and initiate outbound prospecting of potential new clients

・Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

・Maintain and update sales, marketing and business development documentation

・Monitor execution of projects with clients

・Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

・Conduct On-site visitation to prospect clients for Company presentation

・Stay up to date with new services and new pricing/payment plans

REQUIREMENTS

・With at least 2 years’ worth of experience in the field of Sales

・Can work with minimal or without supervision; exhibits a sense of urgency when necessary

・Knowledge in the field of IT/ Software Engineering and Development is not required but will be an

Advantage.

・Excellent organizational and time management skills

・Willing to do field work

・Willing to do OT only if necessary, during transactions
