Job Title: SAP Master Data Management (MDM) Lead

Location: McKinley, Taguig (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Shift: EMEA / Mid-Shift
Salary: PHP 120,000
Experience: 5+ years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Management (MDM) Lead to drive data quality, governance, and operational excellence within a complex SAP landscape. This role will own master data strategy and execution across SAP systems, working closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of enterprise data.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP master and reference data across the organization
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across business processes
Design and implement data governance frameworks, controls, and workflows
Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and SAP project teams
Support SAP implementations, enhancements, and optimizations related to master data
Lead and mentor Master Data resources, where applicable
Assess the impact of business changes on master data and governance processes

Non-Negotiable Requirements

5+ years of SAP MDM experience
2–3 years of leadership experience (team or project)
2+ years of data governance experience
Strong expertise in SAP MDG and SAP databases
Experience in both ECC and S/4HANA MDG environments
SAP consultancy experience
Amenable to working onsite in Taguig (3 days per week) on a mid-shift schedule

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, or finance business processes
Proven project management and team leadership experience
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Deep knowledge of data quality, governance, and security best practices

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
Willing to mentor and support junior consultants
Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
