Job Title : SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant | Cebu City

Job Description:

Join a global technology consulting team as an SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant and work on enterprise-scale SAP transformation projects. In this role, you will support SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, ECC to S/4HANA migrations, system configuration, business process analysis, testing, and solution design while collaborating with cross-functional teams and global clients.

This opportunity is ideal for SAP Finance professionals with experience in SAP ERP, SAP FICO, Record-to-Report (R2R), and SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional and business support for SAP Finance modules.
Participate in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration and conversion projects.
Analyze current business processes and recommend S/4HANA solutions.
Prepare functional specifications and support technical design.
Configure SAP S/4HANA Finance modules based on business requirements.
Support General Ledger, Accounts, Controlling, Product Costing, Asset Accounting, Treasury, and Financial Supply Chain processes.
Perform system testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance support.
Conduct workshops, knowledge transfer, and end-user training.
Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
Ensure successful project delivery following SAP best practices.

Required Skills

Strong experience in SAP ERP Finance.
Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Experience with SAP ECC Migration or SAP S/4HANA Conversion.
Strong understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) business processes.
Knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules.
Experience in business process analysis and solution design.
SAP configuration and testing experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an SAP ERP Finance Functional Consultant.
Good understanding of end-to-end Record-to-Report processes.
Experience integrating SAP Finance with other SAP modules.
Willing to travel for project requirements when needed.
